How to Delete Your Data

At TINKRR, we respect your right to control your personal information. This page explains how to delete your data and your children's data from our platform.

Delete Individual Child Data

To delete a specific child's data while keeping your parent account:

Sign in to your parent account at tinkrr.ai/login
Go to Settings → Children
Find the child account you want to delete
Click "Delete child data"
Confirm the deletion

This permanently removes:

All chat messages and conversation history
Session data and learning progress
Badges, achievements, and rewards
Voice usage data and spelling tests
AI memory and personalization data
The child's account and sign-in credentials

Delete All Data (Parent + All Children)

To permanently delete your entire account and all your children's accounts:

Sign in to your parent account at tinkrr.ai/login
Go to Settings → Security
Scroll to the "Delete your data" section
Click "Delete all data"
Confirm the deletion

This permanently removes:

Your parent account and all login credentials
All children's accounts and their data (as listed above)
Notification settings and preferences
Referral codes and history
All other account-related data

Important Notes

Deletion is permanent. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
Deletion is immediate. Your data is removed from our active systems right away.
Backups. Data may persist in encrypted backups for up to 30 days as part of our disaster recovery process, after which it is permanently purged.
